Great staff communication and quick no hassle returns!

NOTE: This review was written just a few weeks after receiving my shoes and not written after a great amount of use. An updated review will be added in time.
I ordered a size 10 Medium width (Quantum Model) as I usually wear 10.5 or 10 wide. Turns out the 10 Medium was still skinny so I asked for an exchange. The process of exchanging my purchase couldn't have gone any more smooth. I was really impressed by not just the communication with the staff, but the replacement speed was incredible! From first contact to receiving my new shoes at my house only took 2 business days! I was worried because I've read some bad reviews on their staff for this company but my experience with the staff was 5 stars A++.
I also have seen multiple negative reviews about the material not lasting very long and I haven't had the shoes long enough so I will not comment on that.
I suffer from severe foot pain when standing and I will be using these shoes only for the purpose of standing and walking at work. I work in a clean environment and have faith that these shoes can last quite a while.
I brought the shoes in during my orthopedic physician appointment for the doctors opinion and he finds the shoe insert is not the best for arch support because they go flat under the pressure of body weight, but I explained I was more intrigued by the cushion in the heel of the shoe (under the insert). I'm now getting custom molded inserts for my lack of arch and I'm hoping the combination of a custom insert and shoes with heel cushion will solve my pain issues.
Finding the right solution to feet pain is tough and my personal experience of going to multiple doctors and paying hundreds of dollars in different shoes and inserts sold in stores have not helped my particular condition. Please know that footwear designed to help foot pain will not be a guaranteed fix your certain issue. But read deep into company reviews and don't brush them off because of a "Star Rating".
FOLLOW THE BREAKING IN CYCLE RECOMMENDATIONS! They have them for a reason and they will only exchange your shoes if they are in "new" condition. I emailed the company to get more clarification because I wanted to undo the laces and walk around the house for a while without voiding any return agreements. This was totally okay with their policy as I did not go hiking in the mud and kept them looking new.
These are the first shoes I've tried that give me a little more hope in my journey with fixing foot pain. And I look forward to updating this review in a few months.
Plus I REALLY like how the Quantum light blue shoes look in person. Stylish but not loud and attention seeking like some other fitness shoes.

insole wears out fast

the sneaker it self holds up well, its the reason I gave 3 stars, otherwise would have been 2. The reason I purchased these sneakers (Quantum) is because I have plantar fascitis. |After 3 months the effect of the sneaker seemed to stop helping. Now at 5 months and I have had enough. Took the insole out to find it is totally worn out.. thin.. Nice looking sneakers but I can buy any sneaker, and put an insert in for much less money. Really disappointed
